§ 10-2. Conformance with chapter and other regulations required.

Animal population, animal control, prohibition, and exceptions for keeping wild or exotic animals, rabies vaccination, rabies eradication, licenses, permits, fees, revocation of permits or licenses, quarantining, impoundment, nuisances, animal establishments, shall be accomplished and regulated in accordance and conformance with this chapter, V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code ch. 826, and the "Rabies Control and Eradication" rules of the state department of health, and as implemented by this chapter and related regulations adopted by city council.
