§ 10-222. Composition of committee.

The animal shelter advisory committee shall be composed of at least one licensed veterinarian, one municipal official, one person whose duties include the daily operation of an animal shelter, and one representative from an animal welfare organization. Members of the committee shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the city council.
