§ 14-1. Violation of chapter.

Any person or agent who shall violate or cause to be violated any provision of this chapter, or who shall fail to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter, or who shall erect, construct, alter, demolish or move any structure or who shall have erected, constructed, altered, repaired, moved or demolished a building or structure in violation of a detailed statement or drawing submitted and approved under this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor.
