§ 50-156. Period; fees.

Licenses shall be valid for a period of one year beginning on July 1 of each year and shall be renewable annually during the month of June. A nonrefundable license application investigation fee set by resolution and printed in Appendix D to this Code shall accompany each application for a license, provided that such investigation fee will be allowed as a credit upon the license if it is granted. The license fee and annual license renewal fee shall be set by resolution and printed in Appendix D to this Code.
