§ 70-67. Alley paving.

The requirements for paving a public alley are identical to public street paving, requiring plan-profile type of drawings prepared by a registered professional engineer and approved by the city engineer. Drawing number 74-8 (standard requirements for paving alleys) will govern the design and construction of alleys. A separate paving permit issued by the city and a separate paving bond will be required prior to any construction. The permit fee and bond amount shall be set by resolution and printed in Appendix D to this Code.
