§ 90-68. Issuance.

After the applicant has filed a tow truck permit application, permit fee, and certificate of insurance, and the chief of police has examined the same and found them to be in compliance with the terms of this division, and such application has been approved by the chief of police, the permit shall be issued to the applicant the appropriate permit to operate a tow truck within the city.
